• By engaging our creative services, you agree to these Terms of Service
• All projects require a signed agreement and initial deposit to commence
• Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be defined in the project agreement
• Changes to project scope may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments

• Game design and development consulting
• User experience and interaction design
• Content creation and creative direction
• Behavioral design and cognitive experience optimization

• We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies and tools
• Client owns the final deliverables upon full payment
• We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio
• Source files and raw assets are provided only if specified in the agreement

• Provide timely feedback and approvals as outlined in the project timeline
• Supply necessary materials, assets, and access required for the project
• Ensure all provided content does not infringe on third-party rights
• Designate a single point of contact for project communications

• Discovery phase to understand your goals and requirements
• Concept development with regular check-ins and iterations
• Production phase with milestone-based deliveries
• Final delivery and knowledge transfer as needed

• We respect the confidential nature of your projects
• Non-disclosure agreements available upon request
• Your proprietary information is protected and secure
• We only showcase work with explicit client permission

While we strive to meet all deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by client feedback, third-party dependencies, or circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through mediation in Switzerland before pursuing other legal remedies.

We are committed to delivering high-quality creative work that meets the agreed specifications. Our revision policy ensures your satisfaction within the project scope.

• Number of revision rounds specified in agreement
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges
• Major changes treated as new project phases

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Cancellation fees apply based on work completed. Client remains responsible for payment of all work performed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-refundable third-party costs incurred.
